AEA Golf Club Skins Game at
San Clemente Golf Course, San Clemente, CA

Fee:$60 - Green fee does not include carts, carts are to be paid for separately. San Clemente residents with discount cards will be refunded the difference from the starter.
Dues:Yearly Membership Dues Paid or $3 One-day Tournament Dues
Skins Game Format:
  • Flights:
    • Skins competition will be flighted, number of flights to be determined by size of field
    • To insure nearly identical flight sizes, flights will be based on index
    • 60% of AEA GC handicap will be used for the skins competition
  • Tees:
    • The White (69.3/120 at 6066 yards) and Gold (73.5/123 at 5708 yards) tees will be used
    • If enough low handicappers sign up, the Blue (70.8/124 at 6413 yards) tees will be used for a smaller A-flight
  • Distribution of skins:
    • 15% of the prize funds will be distributed over the first six holes
    • 25% of the prize funds will be distributed over the next six holes
    • 60% of the prize funds will be distributed over the last six holes
    • If no skin is collected on a hole, within a flight, that skin rolls to the next hole for that flight
    • If no skin is collected on the last hole, that skin (and any roll-ups) will be equally distributed to earlier skin winners in that flight

Note: Notifications of tee times, and results will be via e-mail for all Aerospace employees, SMC personnel, retirees who elect e-mail notification, and guests without mailings. Members who do not have e-mail access or those who have paid for external mailings will continue to receive them.
