Part of this effort includes implementing facility access changes for Aerospace retirees. The following changes took effect January 1, 2003. Retiree ID cards will no longer be issued. Previously issued cards will be recognized as a valid photo ID only. Retiree parking decals will no longer be issued. Retirees will be directed to a visitor center for further processing as needed (e.g., access to buildings, credit union, airport shuttle/travel parking). This does not apply to retiree casuals. Retirees are not losing access privileges to Aerospace; this is simply a change in access procedures. CommunicationsARC publishes two newsletters annually to the entire membership. These publications are sent to all members in the Spring and Fall. News of upcoming social events are announced with sign-up forms for attendance reservations. Representatives from Aerospace Management present information regarding changes to retiree benefits (health insurance, pension, etc.) as well as the general status of the corporations' business at the annual Holiday Dinner meeting in early December. OfficersThe officers of ARC are responsible for directing/coordinating the Club activities. The officers are elected for two (2) year terms by the general membership. These elections are conducted by mail ballot giving all members a voice in the governance of the Club.
