Liability Waiver

The AEA Ski Club provides a means for furthering the enjoyment of snow skiing as members of a group. Membership is made up of employees of The Aerospace Corporation, civilian and military personnel of the Air Force, dependents, and friends.

We offer several economical ski trips during the winter. We run weekend bus trips to Mammoth Mountain on a monthly basis and, as a member of the Los Angeles Council of Ski Clubs and the Ullr Ski League, we are involved with club racing on the same weekends as the bus trips. We also run a week long Super Trip every year to a different location.

We have a very active social calendar during the entire year. And we stay busy during the non-skiing months with beach volleyball. So, if you like to ski and are looking for someone to ski with, contact us.

List of Current Club Deals

Membership Deal #1. New members joining now are good through September 2009.
Membership Deal #2. For every new* member you get to join the club, you get $10 off of your membership.
[*new is defined as anyone who has not been a member in 3 years]
General Meeting Perk #1. One free non-alcoholic beverage of your choice at the general meeting. Offer closes 30 minutes after the meeting starts (nominally 5:30-6:00 pm)
General Meeting Perk #2. A drawing is held at every general meeting with all members present eligible*. Prize is 10 Ski Bucks, $10 to be used for any ski club event.
[* you can only win twice in one year]
Bus Trip Warrior. Any member who goes on all Mammoth Bus Trips in one season is entitled to $10 off of the bus trip price for the following season.
Mammoth Trip Leader Deal. Reimbursement is provided for the price of one bus trip that is to be divided, at the discretion of the Ski VP, between the Ski VP and the Bus Trip Leader, dependent upon fulfilling the work required.
Race Rep Deal. The club racing representative is entitled to reimbursement of half of the Mammoth bus trip price on weekends working as the racing representative.
