The AEA Amateur Radio Club met in D8/1010 on 23 February 2006. The meeting was devoted to formallizing the relationship with the Aerospace hams in Chantilly.

The club has $2,000.00 earmarked for club members in Chantilly. Two motions were made and passed unanimously in order to provide this money properly.

The first motion:

"Move that the office of Chantilly Director be established and that this office be added to the club by-laws."

The second motion:

"Move that the club authorize the treasurer to send monies to the Chantilly Director in accordance with club purchase procedures up to the allocated maximum of $2,000.00 for FY2006."

The next meeting on 30 March 2006 will codify the club's standard purchase procedures.
