Christmas Party
This year's Christmas party will be held at the Hacienda Hotel in El Segundo on Thursday, December 14 at lunchtime.

Chantilly Rotator
The rotator repair is soon to be complete. A contractor is authorized to do the repair on the roof. Craig received a receipt for reimbursement for $868.40 for a new Rotor and a Diamond Dual Band Antenna. He will send a refund to Michael Kialmer. Chantilly has yet to spend $1131.60 of their $2000 allotment for this past year. Chantilly should not expend more than the $2000 limit.

Future:
Colorado Springs and Albuquerque will need HAM Shacks. For the new budget request, lets ask for $8000 and be happy with $6500. Meals are about $450 Miscellaneous is $50.
