May 31, 2007 AEA Amateur Radio Club Meeting Minutes

The club meeting was held in building A1/1082 at 11:30 hours. A total of six people were present which included President Frank Voit-K3FV, Don Barton, Joe Barger, Bill Wysock, Kirk Crawford, and Jeff Dohzen.

The Security and Safety day will be held on July 26th, one of our normal meeting dates, so we have changed the meeting date for July to July 19. It will also be held in A1/1082. There is a plan to set up a table with tent for Security and Safety Day with some HF rigs, and maybe hook up to an antenna atop the West side of A2.

The current membership list was discussed, and some people are not on it that people think should be there. If you aren't on this list and you think you have paid membership, please email the club officers. We have 24 current paid-up members. INSERT LIST

We discussed and approved the purchase of the Stepper Upgrade. MORE HERE

Jeff Dohzen attended and is interested in becoming a HAM. If we get 6 people who are interested in learning to become HAM's, Frank will start a class.

The meeting was adjourned at 12:30.
