The Clubs Showcase

The AEA Showcase the Club event last year resulted in new members joining the clubs, and we want to hold the event again this year to provide an opportunity for clubs to build awareness of what they do.  For those not familiar with the event last year, on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s during the lunch hour we had two clubs each week at an AEA table set up in the A3 cafeteria from 1130-1230.  The table will have the AEA banner and any items you would like to display to advertise your club.  We recommend the display items be something that will catch people’s attention.  Attached is the schedule, please respond back to this email to confirm your club can support the dates, we want to start on 24 July.
