Practice

Practices are held in Del Aire Park, near the pine tree behind Denny's Restaurant. Del Aire Park is located a block north on Isis from El Segundo Blvd. See Yahoo Map to Del Aire Park for directions.

Practice Times

Below is our practice & class schedule:

Mondays 11:30 to 12:15 - Informal practice

Tuesdays at 11:30-12:15 : Bagua Zhang 8 Turning Palms & Traditional Bagua Zhang

Wedesdays 11:30 to 12:15 -  Tai Chi Long Form

Thursdays 11:30-12:15 - Xingyiquan

Fridays at 11:45-12:30 - Open Practice. (This session is often poorly attended.)
